We are located on the grounds of The Chapel of Saint
Andrew on the campus of Saint Andrew's School in Boca
Raton, FL. Typical planning scenarios we can partner with you to host:
GENERAL
MEETING SPACE AND SUPPORT: Many organizations
are simply looking for a quiet place to gather the team
and discuss some key planning issues or host a planning
event. While we offer facilitation, we also offer the
Center as a day use facility where you can bring your own
teams and run your own session, from a board retreat to a
professional development day or volunteer fund raising
workshop. It's a very productive environment, with a
dividable large meeting room with a performance stage, two
small breakout rooms, full food service capability, large
screen LCD support and just about any kind of AV support
needed — white board, flip chart, VHS tape, and LCD
hookups. An idyllic south Florida campus environment
offers outdoor meeting and classroom options as well.

STRATEGIC PLANNING and COMMUNICATIONS SESSIONS:
Strategy matters, and purpose-driven institutions
everywhere are searching for the right combination of
strategy and tactics. Our Center director is a strategic
and marketing planning professional and experienced
facilitator, and will personally design a session to meet
your needs. The Center can serve as your planning space
for a focused strategic planning session for the entire
institution, a specific division or department. Send a
team to learn how write SMART objectives, develop a
targeted communications plan, identify performance
indicators, or learn to work together as a project team.

VALUES IDENTIFICATION AND VISION CASTING SESSIONS: How
do you know where you’re going if you don’t know what
is important to you? Successful strategic planning in
purpose-driven organizations depends on leadership getting
in touch with the institution’s core values. Our Center’s
director will facilitate exercises in Core Values and
Vision Casting with your leadership team, faculty group or
governing body as a precursor to full-scale strategic
planning at your institution.
CONCEPT
DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS: The
truth is, sometimes it's not that easy to be creative in
on-campus conference rooms. Many of our clients will
utilize the Center and our support for creative ideation
and concept development sessions to identify attributes
for programs and services, ideas for capital campaigns,
strategies for admission and marketing campaigns. A
focused environment such as you will find at the Center is
essential.

INPUT
SESSIONS: Many institutions are looking for
open and candid feedback how the institution is doing, and
what its strengths are and what changes would be most
effective. We have often used our brainstorming tools and
strategies to create a comfortable and confidential
setting to obtain direct feedback from constituents groups
in an anonymous way on critical issues. Sessions can be
conducted with staff, board, parents, donors, or alumni,
where they have an opportunity to have a voice and be
heard. These are not complaint sessions, but are designed
as respectful input sessions and gain buy-in on important
issues.

PROGRAMS: Often
institutions are looking for an off-site location to
conduct a their own training or professional development
program. It could be facilitation skills, marketing
skills, communications skills, fund raising skills,
sensitivity training, classroom management, or leadership
development…. Our Center is an ideal site for your
training or professional development program that combines
presentation with breakout sessions and experiential
learning.
